To get your website online and visible to the public you’ll need to have a domain name. If you already have one, our team will just need access to the account where you’ve purchased your domain name. If you haven’t purchased a domain yet, we’re happy to help you through that process.

Yes! No need to purchase another domain name if you’ve already acquired the one you’d like to use. During our build process, we’ll get the necessary permissions and info from you to utilize that existing domain.

Nope! You’ll receive Website Hosting as part of each of Opasite’s monthly website design packages. If you already have website hosting that you’d like to keep, that’s fine as well.

In the unlikely event that you don’t like your website, we will continue making as many changes as you’d like until you’re 100% satisfied; within your plan’s allotted support hours¹.

All of the content, design, and data of your website is 100% owned by you (the business owner). Opasite is not responsible or liable for the content, design, or data collected on your website. You have the right to access, delete, or move the content, design, and data of your website at any time, with or without cancellation of our services. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure checkout on Opasite.com. Your payment information is kept safe and fully encrypted. You’ll be able to self-sufficiently add, remove, or update payment information at any time.

Subscriptions are charged automatically to the payment method you provide during the initial purchase of the subscription on a recurring monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on the billing cycle of your plan.

Email notifications are sent to your email address on file 7 days prior to each recurring charge as well as directly after a successful payment has been processed.

Should your subscription payment fail for any reason, we will attempt to charge the payment method up to 3 additional times prior to the next billing cycle and we may attempt to notify you of the failed payments via email to help you address the problem.
